David Welle has been lead pastor of Calvary Assembly of God since 1996. Prior to that, he led churches in New Jersey and New York State. He is a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity, 1978; Doctor of Ministry, 2004) and Vassar College. He and his wife Patricia have three children: Cristin, Jonathan, and Elissa. Patricia is a professional clinical counselor working in private practice at Christian Counseling Ministries, Pepper Pike, Ohio.
Pastor David enjoys his family, running, guitar playing, photography, skiing, and experiencing the great outdoors. He loves teaching the Bible, which he does in the church and as an adjunct faculty member of Malone Graduate School of Theology, Central Bible College, Metropolitan Bible Institute, and HarvestNet Institute, Cleveland, Ohio.

Associate Pastor Dan DeLembo is husband to Bridget and father to Antonio, Cameron, and Gianna. He is a 1995 graduate of Southeastern College, Lakeland, Florida.
Pastor Dan has been on staff at Calvary since 1995, many of those years serving as youth pastor. He now gives much of his focus to preaching and teaching in various venues, overseeing many of the church's administrative details, as well as working with the young adult ministry and overseeing guest follow-up. Pastor Dan spends most of his free time with his family where they reside in the beautiful community of Chardon. When not with his family, he might be found carving country roads on two wheels, as motorcycling has been a long-time passion.

Children's Pastor Cheri Dennis, originally from the Chicago area, graduated from North Central University in Minneapolis, MN, with a degree in Christian Education. Pastor Cheri and her husband Jim have pastored at churches in Ohio, Kansas, and Georgia. Her main focus is children in the fifth grade and younger. She and Jim have two children, Jonathan and Christina, and reside in South Euclid, Ohio.
Youth Pastor Erik Zaborowski, born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, returned home January of 2012 after completing his bachelor's degree in practical theology with a minor in youth ministries. Pastor Erik finished his undergraduate while studying in Israel in the fall of 2011.
Pastor Erik brings a passion and heart for students and the city
of Cleveland to Calvary. His role at Calvary is in discipling students to be devoted followers of Jesus Christ. Pastor Erik resides in Chesterland, Ohio, and spends his free time, biking, camping,
